Eligibility For Indian Coast Guard Yantrik Recruitment 2020
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 22 years. Candidates Born between 01 Aug 1998 to 31 Jul 2002
Age relaxation is applicable to the reserved candidates as per rules
- 05 years for SC/ST candidates
- 03 years for OBC candidates
Educational Qualification
- Candidates should possess Matriculation or equivalent and Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Telecommunication (Radio/Power) Engineering) approved by AICTE with 60% aggregate
Medical Standards:
- Height: Minimum 157 cms
- Chest: Minimum expansion 5 cms
- Weight: Proportionate to height and age +10% acceptable
- Hearing: Normal
- Visual Standards: 6/24 without glasses, and 6/9 and 6/12 with glasses for better eye and worse eye respectively
Physical Fitness Test (PFT) Details
- 1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes
- 20 squat ups (Uthak Baithak)
- 10 Push Ups
Selection Procedure For Indian Coast Guard Yantrik
The selection of the candidates for ICG Yantrik Jobs will be on the basis of the performance in the following:
- Written Test
- Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
- Medical Examination
Candidates are required to appear at the venue with the following original documents:
- 3 copies of prefilled e-admit card
- 2 copies of Indian Coast Guard Yantrik application form
- Original 10th class mark sheet and passing certificates
- Original diploma mark sheet of all semesters and certificate
- Proof identity such as passport, driving license, voter ID-card, Aadhar card, school/college ID-card or any other photo identity proof
- Original caste certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopies of all documents such as 10th class pass certificate and mark sheet, diploma certificate and mark sheets of all semester, caste certificate, and sports certificate, etc
- Ten recent color passport size identical photographs with blue background
Indian Coast Guard Yantrik Salary
- After joining in ICG, you will get a basic pay Rs.29200/- (Pay Level-5). In addition, you will receive a pay scale of Rs. 6, 200/- plus dearness allowance and other allowances
