NHSRCL Additional General Manager/ Joint General Manager Recruitment 2020 Qualification Details:



The company invites application from the regular/contractual officers/managers working in Central Public Sector Undertakings (or SPVs)/Metro Railways/Private Sector for the post Additional General Manager or Joint General Manager or (Survey) on regular basis.
1. Eligibility criteria: For the post of Additional General Manager (Survey) when operated in E7 (A) Minimum 17 years post qualification work experience. (B) Working in analogous grade E7 IDA OR Working in Rs 90,000-2,40,000 (IDA E6) / 36,600-62,000 (Pre-revised) OR Minimum 4 years in Rs 80,000-2,20,000 (IDA E5) / 32,900- 58,000 (Pre-revised). (C) The candidate from Private Sector should be drawing a compensation more than Rs.22,00,000/- per annum. Should have experience of at least 8 years in the following areas. (A)Should have work experience in the field of survey and alignment of Railways / Metro / Road based transport projects, including elevated and tunnel sections. Should be well versed with various computer applications, relating to the job. (B) Carrying out field surveys, using latest state of the art instruments such as Total Station, DMS, DGPS and auto levels, base line data collection, processing of data/information, CAD and project preparation with AutoCAD facilities. (C) Hydrographical survey for Rivers. (D)Route alignment survey.
For the post of Joint General Manager (Survey) when operated in E6 (A)Minimum 14 years post qualification work experience. (B) Working in analogous grade E6 IDA OR Working in Rs 80,000-2,20,000 (IDA E5) / 32,900-58,000 (Pre-revised) OR Minimum 4 years in Rs 70,000-2,00,000 (IDA E4) / 29,100- 54,500 (Pre-revised). (C) The candidate from Private Sector should be drawing a compensation more than Rs.18,00,000/- per annum. Should have experience of at least 7 years in the following areas. (A)Should have work experience in the field of survey and alignment of Railways / Metro / Road based transport projects, including elevated and tunnel sections. Should be well versed with various computer applications, relating to the job. (B) Carrying out field surveys, using latest state of the art instruments such as Total Station, DMS, DGPS and auto levels, base line data collection, processing of data/information, CAD and project preparation with AutoCAD facilities. 3. Education Qualification Essential: B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from recognized university. Desirable: - Qualified in Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Level – 5 or Level-4 or Level-3, Scale:  E7 (1,00,000-2,60,000) or E6 (90,000-2,40,000).
4. Place of Posting Surat: (The place of posting is subject to change to any Location/Office of NHSRCL/MAHSR Project), Job Description The officer will be expected to perform following functions: - a) Checking & verifying the alignment of NHSRCL projects. b) Carrying out field surveys, using latest state of the art instruments such as Total Station, DMS, DGPS and auto levels, base line data collection, processing of data/information, CAD and project preparation with AutoCAD facilities. c) Hydrographical survey for Rivers Route alignment survey. d) Any other job as assigned by management.


General Conditions:

1. Experience and other eligibility criteria shall be reckoned 31.03.2020.
2. NHSRCL will not be responsible for any postal delay/ wrong delivery/ nondelivery of communication by the candidate at any stage of the recruitment process.

11. The appointment of selected candidates will be subject to their medical fitness for such appointment based on Medical Examination as per the Directives of the Company. The medical standard for different categories are outlined below: - a) Executive/Technical: (Civil, Electrical, S&T, IT, Architecture, Property Development etc) Physically fit in all respects, Visual Standards – Distant Vision: 6/9-6/9 or 6/6-6/12 with or without glasses/contact lens. Near Vision:JIJII with or without glasses. Color Vision, Binocular Vision, Field of Vision & Night Vision should be normal. Lasik Surgery not allowed. b) Executive/Non-Technical: (Accounts, Legal, Finance, Personnel etc.) Physically fit in all respects. Visual Standards – Distant Vision: 6/9-6/12 with or without glasses. Near Vision: JI-JII with or without glasses. (In respect of technical services, the total amount of myopia (including cylinder) should not exceed – 4 Diopters and the total amount of Hypermetropia should not exceed +4 Diopter). Note: The above medical standards (criteria) are indicative and not exhaustive, and apply to candidates in general. For detailed information, refer Indian Railway Medical Manual (IRMM). Candidates may note that for vision correction, Lasik surgery or any form of racial keratotomy is not permitted at all.
12. Applicants appointed on regular basis will be on probation for a period of one year.
